Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, RussianOleg graduated from Kikkawa College in 2005. He has experience assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders as well as sports injuries. He has studied osteopathy at the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy. He provides Osteopathy and Acupuncture treatments.

Nithin Thomas
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, Tamil, Hindi, MalayalamNithin is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) recovery. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2011 and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2013. With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, he also holds a Kinesio Taping certification, which he uses to support pain relief, movement correction, and injury recovery.Nithin brings extensive national and international experience, having worked with a range of professional and semi-professional sports teams. He spent four years at a leading sports rehabilitation facility in Kuwait, where he treated acute and chronic injuries, post-surgical conditions, and complex musculoskeletal cases.He is particularly passionate about rehabilitating patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, helping them manage pain, restore mobility, and safely return to daily activities, work, and sport. His clinical interests also include shoulder, knee, and spinal conditions, as well as post-operative rehabilitation, including joint replacement recovery.Nithin takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care, focusing on functional movement, long-term results, and empowering patients through education and active rehabilitation.Outside of work, Nithin leads a highly active lifestyle and believes in practicing what he preaches. He swims daily, enjoys camping and outdoor adventures, and spends his summer weekends cycling. When not biking, he can be found hiking, kayaking, or unwinding with a good book in nature.
Elizabeth Abraham
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, MalayalamElizabeth is a dedicated, caring and passionate physiotherapist with more than ten years of experience in the rehabilitation field. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2003 from Mahatma Gandhi University in India. She has been working in Canada as registered physiotherapist since 2014.
Elizabeth has a special interest in treating orthopaedic cases. Her treatment approach is patient-centered, goal -oriented and aimed at improving patients functional independence and quality of life. It includes a collaboration of client-specific exercise prescription, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, modalities and education. She is an enthusiastic learner and she enriches her knowledge by continuing her training in various physiotherapy courses. Her certifications include manual therapy with a specilization in the Mulligan concept, McKenzie techniques and K taping.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys listening to music, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Dale Tecson
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, Tagalog (Filipino)Dale M. Tecson is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 20 years of clinical experience helping patients reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve their overall well-being. Since graduating from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2005, Dale has worked in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics throughout the Greater Toronto Area, treating both private and motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients.
Throughout his career, Dale has developed a patient-centred approach that combines clinical knowledge with genuine compassion. He believes that every treatment should be tailored to each individual’s needs, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking stress relief and improved mobility.
Dale has pursued continuing education in a range of therapeutic techniques, including cupping therapy, General Thai Traditional Massage, electrotherapy (IFC/TENS), and professional ethics and boundaries. His diverse skill set allows him to incorporate evidence-informed techniques into personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s recovery goals.
Patients appreciate Dale’s calm, friendly, and easy-going nature, which helps create a comfortable and welcoming treatment environment. He is committed to providing high-quality care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.
Outside of clinical practice, Dale has volunteered his massage therapy services at community events, including the Weekend to End Breast Cancer and programs supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome, reflecting his dedication to giving back to the community.
