Elise Kopman
Occupational TherapistSpeaks: EnglishElise completed her undergraduate degree at Western University in Health Sciences and graduated in 2018. Upon graduating, she went on to work at a clinic as a rehabilitation therapy assistant and then as a health and wellness coach. In 2020, she returned to Western to complete her Master’s in occupational therapy and graduated in 2022.
Elise has experience working in a variety of occupational therapy settings with various population groups. She has worked in outpatient orthopaedics, outpatient rehabilitation, and has experience working with individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. Elise believes in using a holistic and patient-centered approach to care to work together to achieve client goals.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and travelling.

Parisa Rahimi
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, FarsiParisa is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 16 years of expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident (MVA) patient care, and chronic pain management. She currently serves as the Clinic Director at Four Seasons Physiotherapy, where she is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care through evidence-based rehabilitation strategies. Parisa specializes in diagnostic assessments, functional rehabilitation, and individualized treatment planning to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
Before relocating to Canada, Parisa held leadership roles, including Clinical Manager and Clinical Physiotherapist at Shafa Hospital in Tehran. In these positions, she managed physiotherapy departments, implemented treatment programs for orthopedic and neurological conditions, and collaborated with orthopedic surgeons on complex rehabilitation cases.
Parisa holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from A.T. Still University in Arizona and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Rehabilitation Sciences in Tehran. She continually advances her knowledge through specialized certifications, including the Advanced Upper Extremity and Cervico-Thoracic Certification Programs (2024), Chronic Pain Management Advanced Practice (2024), and McKenzie Method courses (2018).
Passionate about patient-centered care, Parisa integrates advanced manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy, and exercise therapy to optimize functional outcomes.
As a dedicated clinician and leader, she is committed to fostering innovation in rehabilitation, mentoring healthcare professionals, and driving excellence in physiotherapy practice.
Outside of work, Parisa enjoys spending time with her family, including her young daughter and puppy. She loves cooking with her husband and experimenting with new recipes. In her spare time, she listens to podcasts and enjoys hot yoga and swimming.Grateful for her beautiful life, Parisa embraces and celebrates every moment.

Karandeep Riar
ChiropractorSpeaks: English, Punjabi, HindiDr. Karandeep S. Riar earned a Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and then went on to complete a Doctorate in Chiropractic. While completing his one-year internship, Dr. Riar was recognized with the Health Centre Award for clinical excellence. Dr. Riar has obtained in-depth training in chiropractic adjusting, myofascial release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, functional movement analysis, the use of various modalities, orthotics therapy and rehabilitation therapy.
Dr. Riar also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Riar is a firm advocate of patient-centered evidence-based healthcare. He spends a lot of time keeping updated on current literature and attending various musculoskeletal seminars to expand his knowledge and apply it to patient care. His approach consists of getting patients out of pain as well as identifying and correcting aberrant movement and motor patterns that led to the patient’s problem in the first place.
In his spare time, Dr. Riar enjoys keeping fit through resistance training, running and playing basketball.
Dr. Riar is certified in Medical Acupuncture, Graston Technique M1, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Custom Orthotic Therapy.

Physiotherapy AssistantSpeaks: English, Punjabi, HindiNavdeep Kaur is a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant at Lifemark Physiotherapy with two years of experience supporting patients through rehabilitation and recovery. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Punjabi University in Patiala, Punjab, India, in 2022, where she built a strong foundation in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and patient-centred care. She also completed the Healthcare Administration and Service Management program at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, in 2024, further developing her knowledge of healthcare leadership and service delivery. Navdeep is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. She strives to provide compassionate, evidence-informed support that helps patients feel encouraged and confident as they work toward their rehabilitation goals.

Magloire Lobetti
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, FrenchMagloire is a massage therapist who has been passionate about supporting patients’ wellness since graduating from Humber College’s Massage Therapy program in 2016. His journey in massage therapy has been enriched by receiving a research award, which helped strengthen his commitment to evidence-informed care. He offers a variety of massage therapy techniques, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping massage, postural release, trigger point therapy, posture support, passive release and stretching techniques, pregnancy massage, and treatment focused on headache-related tension. Beyond his professional work, Magloire is an avid jazz music lover, an enthusiastic reader, and someone who cherishes time with family. Staying active through sports, enjoying karaoke sessions, and exploring new cuisines are some of the ways he embraces life and stays balanced.

Sapna Patel
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, Hindi, GujaratiSapna is a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College in 2025. She believes effective treatment begins with understanding each patient’s needs, concerns, and goals. Her sessions start with a detailed assessment, followed by rhythmic, medium-pressure massage. She may incorporate techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Maitland mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. She also provides therapeutic exercises and personalized home care to help patients support their progress between visits. Inspired by her case study on headache management, Sapna has developed a special interest in complex musculoskeletal concerns related to repetitive strain. She supports patients with concerns such as headache-related tension, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. Sapna is committed to helping patients improve function, support recovery, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Tanjila Patel
Physiotherapy AssistantSpeaks: English, Hindi, GujaratiTanjila is a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant at Lifemark Physiotherapy who supports patients through their rehabilitation and recovery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and gained clinical experience as a physiotherapist before moving to Canada. She is also certified in cupping therapy. She enjoys building positive relationships with patients and creating a welcoming environment where they feel supported, motivated, and confident in their care.

Kalyanee Deshpande
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, Hindi, MarathiKalyanee is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal and hand conditions, and brings more than nine years of clinical experience across diverse settings, including private practice, hospital-based care, and palliative care. Her approach is comprehensive, patient-centred, and focused on supporting each person’s rehabilitation goals. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly advances her knowledge and clinical skills to provide a high standard of care. Before relocating to Canada, Kalyanee founded and managed a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre in Mumbai, which continues to operate successfully. Her clinical expertise is supported by advanced training in Mulligan and Maitland techniques for extremities, soft tissue mobilization, and the Bobath concept for adult hemiplegia. She has also completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 certification and is a certified aerobics trainer, allowing her to integrate functional fitness principles into rehabilitation programs.
