Elise Kopman
Occupational TherapistSpeaks: EnglishElise completed her undergraduate degree at Western University in Health Sciences and graduated in 2018. Upon graduating, she went on to work at a clinic as a rehabilitation therapy assistant and then as a health and wellness coach. In 2020, she returned to Western to complete her Master’s in occupational therapy and graduated in 2022.
Elise has experience working in a variety of occupational therapy settings with various population groups. She has worked in outpatient orthopaedics, outpatient rehabilitation, and has experience working with individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. Elise believes in using a holistic and patient-centered approach to care to work together to achieve client goals.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and travelling.

PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, Hindi, Gujarati, MalayalamShreelakshmi is an enthusiastic, courteous, and friendly physiotherapist in our team who provides informed, organised, and therapeutic exercise sessions. She is extensively trained to design therapeutic programs involving both active and passive movements to improve functional activities.
She is a graduate in Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India and has successfully obtained the licence of Resident Physiotherapist in Canada. She carries out functional assessment patterns and administers the treatment as per the condition of the patient keeping their best interests and goals in mind.
She incorporates Yoga and breathing techniques in her treatment along with education and ergonomic advises as she believes in a holistic approach to treatment.

Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, FrenchMagloire is passionate about serving the wellness needs of clients since graduating from Humber College’s Massage Therapy program in 2016. His journey in massage therapy has been enriched by receiving a research award, which solidified his commitment to evidence-based practice.
He specializes in various types of massage: Deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping massage, postural release, trigger point therapy, posture maintenance, headache release, passive release/stretching therapy, and pregnancy massage.
Beyond his professional work, Magloire is an avid lover of jazz music, an enthusiastic reader, and someone who cherishes family time. Staying active through sports, enjoying karaoke sessions, and exploring new cuisines are some of his ways of embracing life and staying balanced.
Parisa Rahimi
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, FarsiParisa is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 16 years of expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident (MVA) patient care, and chronic pain management. She currently serves as the Clinic Director at Four Seasons Physiotherapy, where she is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care through evidence-based rehabilitation strategies. Parisa specializes in diagnostic assessments, functional rehabilitation, and individualized treatment planning to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
Before relocating to Canada, Parisa held leadership roles, including Clinical Manager and Clinical Physiotherapist at Shafa Hospital in Tehran. In these positions, she managed physiotherapy departments, implemented treatment programs for orthopedic and neurological conditions, and collaborated with orthopedic surgeons on complex rehabilitation cases.
Parisa holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from A.T. Still University in Arizona and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Rehabilitation Sciences in Tehran. She continually advances her knowledge through specialized certifications, including the Advanced Upper Extremity and Cervico-Thoracic Certification Programs (2024), Chronic Pain Management Advanced Practice (2024), and McKenzie Method courses (2018).
Passionate about patient-centered care, Parisa integrates advanced manual therapy techniques, electrotherapy, and exercise therapy to optimize functional outcomes.
As a dedicated clinician and leader, she is committed to fostering innovation in rehabilitation, mentoring healthcare professionals, and driving excellence in physiotherapy practice.
Outside of work, Parisa enjoys spending time with her family, including her young daughter and puppy. She loves cooking with her husband and experimenting with new recipes. In her spare time, she listens to podcasts and enjoys hot yoga and swimming.Grateful for her beautiful life, Parisa embraces and celebrates every moment.
Karandeep Riar
ChiropractorSpeaks: English, Punjabi, HindiDr. Karandeep S. Riar earned a Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and then went on to complete a Doctorate in Chiropractic. While completing his one-year internship, Dr. Riar was recognized with the Health Centre Award for clinical excellence. Dr. Riar has obtained in-depth training in chiropractic adjusting, myofascial release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, functional movement analysis, the use of various modalities, orthotics therapy and rehabilitation therapy.
Dr. Riar also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Riar is a firm advocate of patient-centered evidence-based healthcare. He spends a lot of time keeping updated on current literature and attending various musculoskeletal seminars to expand his knowledge and apply it to patient care. His approach consists of getting patients out of pain as well as identifying and correcting aberrant movement and motor patterns that led to the patient’s problem in the first place.
In his spare time, Dr. Riar enjoys keeping fit through resistance training, running and playing basketball.
Dr. Riar is certified in Medical Acupuncture, Graston Technique M1, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Custom Orthotic Therapy.
