Olga Dorfman
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English, RussianOlga is a highly experienced and dedicated registered physiotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience. Since graduating in 2000, she has managed a busy private practice where she strives to help her clients achieve their treatment goals. She has a passion for building strong relationships with her clients and empowering them to take an active role in improving and maintaining their health.
Over the course of her career, Olga has developed a high level of expertise in several areas, including TMJ disorders, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, exercise prescription, and hand therapy. Outside of work, Olga enjoys cooking, traveling, and dancing zumba. She also loves spending quality time with her family.
Edmund Ngo
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: Cantonese, EnglishEd graduated from the University of Alberta Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Distinction) programs. During his studies, Ed worked as a personal fitness trainer and coach with the City of Edmonton and the YMCA of Edmonton. He has completed his CSEP-CPT, and YMCA Individual Conditioning Level II, and brings a solid background in general health and wellness to the pt Health team.
Ed has worked in multiple settings including acute care, long-term care and private practice. His areas of interest include myofascial releases, dry needling, taping, and functional strengthening. Ed is consistently advancing his education and skill set. He has completed both level II upper and lower quadrant manual therapy components and acquired his G.T.T (Gokavi Transverse Technique) and Acupuncture certificates. Ed also completed both the Arthritis Society's Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program. Ed speaks English and Cantonese.
Justin Shing
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: Cantonese, EnglishJustin completed his Master of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney. Prior to that, he graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Kinesiology and worked as a Kinesiologist for several years in Vancouver. In Sydney, Justin worked in a fast paced sports physiotherapy clinic and a rehabilitation hospital. He worked alongside patients who sustained sports-related injuries, motor vehicle injuries, work-related injuries, and rehab post-operatively.
Justin believes that an effective physiotherapy program needs to be customized to the patient. During his time in Australia, Justin learned different treatment styles from various mentors and is excited to use this knowledge to help his patients on their path to recovery. In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports. Justin participates in volleyball and ultimate frisbee leagues. He can also be found snowboarding, hiking and camping. While participating in many sports, Justin has had his fair share of injuries and experienced firsthand how physiotherapy can be an effective form of recovery as well as injury prevention.
Jordan Lam
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: EnglishJordan completed a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, Australia. Originally from Canada, he completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and worked as a Kinesiologist before studying Physiotherapy. During his three years living in Australia, Jordan was exposed to various treatment styles from numerous practitioners. Upon returning home, he was able to combine that knowledge with the mentorship he had in Canada to create a treatment style that was his own.
Jordan has a wide range of experience in helping individuals of all ages with injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents, the workplace, and sports. He utilizes a combination of manual therapy and exercise to tailor programs that will help individuals recover and achieve their physiotherapy goals. Jordan also concurrently works in a hospital which gives him a greater appreciation and depth of knowledge for the patient's full journey to recovery.
Outside of work, Jordan is passionate about all things combat sports, especially MMA. He has been training in various martial arts since the age of 5 and was a 2x Canadian Junior National Taekwondo Champion. In addition, Jordan enjoys playing the guitar in his free time and has been doing so for nearly two decades.
Jeison Le
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, VietnameseJeison proudly hails from WCCMT's 3000-hr Registered Massage Therapy program. With a background in Human Kinetics, Jeison grew infatuated with human anatomy while studying at Langara College. He finally discovered his calling in life after finding his way to West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
When he isn't treating patients using myofascial release techniques, joint play and trigger point release therapy, Jeison is a fitness enthusiast with a disciplined training regiment. Alongside pt Health, Jeison has been able to widely spread one of his most ardent ambitions: facilitating good health in good people. Jeison speaks English and Vietnamese.
Cameron Wong
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: Cantonese, EnglishWith an unyielding interest in sports and health, Cameron knew that Physiotherapy was the perfect fit. Originally from Vancouver, he traveled abroad to realize his passion, earning a Doctorate of Physiotherapy in 2015 from the University of Melbourne, Australia. While in Australia, he also worked as the head PT/sports trainer for under 18s and over 40s Australian football teams.
His three year experience overseas has opened his mind to an array of treatment styles from different mentors. He understands that each treatment should be tailored to the individual and is excited to be able to apply his experience to provide you with the best care. When Cameron isn’t helping people feel their best, he enjoys playing football, hockey, volleyball, and snowboarding as well as adventuring to hike and camp in beautiful BC’s mountains. Acupuncture (Regulated)Speaks: Cantonese, English, MandarinSteven is a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac.) and Epidemiologist. He received acupuncture and microneedling training from Central College, BC and Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM) respectively and acquired his postgraduate credentials from University of British Columbia, Canada, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, UK, and Harvard University, USA.
Steven is excels in acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, TCM Tuina (massage), microneedling for skincare, reflexology, lymphatic drainage and clinical nutrition. His passion is to help with somatic pain, facilitate rehabilitation, alleviate stress, restore energy and promote wellness.
Jessica Chen
Massage TherapistSpeaks: English, MandarinJessica graduated from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Pharmacology Canada in 2019. Before she got RMT license, she worked in spa field for long time. She is passionate about helping people of all ages with acute and chronic conditions to improve their wellness.
Jessica has been trained in Swedish, and deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, Pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, reflexology. Her treatment consists of posture education, exercise plan, activity modification. Jessica always works together with her patients to achieve a short and long-term goal for treatment. She never stops learning — she strives to continue her study to become a better therapist for her patients. Jessica is able to provide service in English, Mandarin, Chinese, and Taiwanese.
Victor Ngo
PhysiotherapistSpeaks: Cantonese, EnglishVictor earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2012 and later completed his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2016. His diverse career includes experience in acute hospital care, post-stroke rehabilitation, community aged-care, and private practice, where he has treated a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Victor’s treatment style combines hands-on techniques such as manual therapy and dry needling with customized exercise programs aimed at restoring optimal movement and function. He has a particular interest in treating shoulder injuries, as well as managing chronic neck and back pain.
Victor is passionate about guiding his clients through the recovery process and promoting a proactive approach to injury prevention. He emphasizes the importance of preventative exercises, having personally experienced the benefits during his rehabilitation from various sports-related injuries.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys traveling, staying active through paddling, ultimate frisbee, and running along the seawall. His personal experience with sports injuries gives him unique insight into the recovery journey, which he applies to helping his clients achieve their best possible outcomes.
Justin Au
Kinesiologist (Regulated)Speaks: EnglishJustin holds a degree in Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University, where he developed a strong foundation in exercise science and therapeutic techniques. He has worked extensively as an exercise trainer, specializing in group fitness classes for older adults, helping them maintain strength, mobility, and overall health.
During his time as a student athletic therapist with the Trinity Western men's ice hockey team, Justin gained hands-on experience in sports rehabilitation, managing injuries, and improving athletic performance. He has also worked in various physiotherapy clinics, focusing on patients recovering from motor vehicle accident injuries, which further sharpened his skills in patient care and injury rehabilitation.
Passionate about community and connection, Justin's experience volunteering with individuals from diverse backgrounds has strengthened his commitment to providing personalized, high-quality treatment. His philosophy centers on understanding each patient's unique needs and creating tailored programs to support their recovery and wellness.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys staying active by playing ice hockey, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. Having experienced numerous sports-related injuries himself, he understands the importance of exercise, body maintenance, and injury prevention, and brings this perspective to his work with clients.
